SUMMER 2013

Well, here we go with the attempt to blog about the summer of 2013. It started out with the arrival of our Hadley Elizabeth Brandon on May 24, 2013. She was born at 1:07 am and weighed 8 lbs and 1 oz and was 20 inches long. The actual birth was an amazing experience and really everything ever since has been as well. The first few weeks were spent at home with visitors, meals, and time with Hadley. We really just fell in love with her immediately. She was so expressive and alert from the beginning. Even when we were in the hospital she was making funny faces. She just cracked us up every time we looked at her. Hadley has some really awesome hair. It sticks straight up and we just love it. At 2 months she was already wearing her hair in pig tails on top of her head and pony tails on the top of her head. It's pretty much the cutest thing I've ever seen. Hadley has been a good baby and doesn't cry a ton or make too much of a fuss. She sleeps decently and we couldn't have asked for a better little girl. Here are a bunch of highlights from the summer (and possibly more blog posts): -Picnics at the park with Alli and Benson -Shopping with Kate -Girls night with pedicures, cafe rio, and waxing -Visiting Matt, Stacy, Graham and Mason in San Diego -Hadley's first trip to the beach -Camping up Payson Canyon -Many trips up to my moms to hang out -Swimming at the SCERA pool with the Theobalds -Setting up Jake's new classroom -Bowling at BYU with Sarah, Emma, and Sadie -Splash pad with Emma, Peyton, Maylie, Porter, Emma, and Sadie -BBQ's with friends And here are the pictures...

And that's all for now since I am having a hard time uploading the pictures from my phone. I downloaded google+ now I just need to figure that all out. I'm too tired now...and baby is sleeping which means I should probably be sleeping. Okay, so I think I figured out how to do it. So now for the picture overload in no particular order.
